Dematerialization of shares
Due to the entry into force on September 20, 2019 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act - Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), we would like to inform you that as of January 1, 2021, the obligation to dematerialize all company shares has been introduced.
